![]() ![]() ![]() My only complaint with Monument Valley is the few amount of levels in it. ![]() In short, this game is one of the best games I have played on my Windows Phone. In some levels, you'll have to avoid the "enigmatic Crow People" while in some, you'll be aided by your friend, the Totem, who'll guide you through seemingly impossible paths. Your main objective in each level will be to reach the end of it by passing through different puzzles and cryptic areas. Heck, you can even make stairs appear by just pulling them up from the ground. You can step on switches, pull levers, rotate, expand and contract buildings by simply sliding your finger across them. These paradoxical monuments provide optical illusions you would never expect from a seemingly simple puzzle game, making you question yourself: How is this building even possible? Not much of the story is explained except that you assume the role of "Ida", a character through whom you have to explore mysterious mind-bending monuments and hidden paths in a beautiful 3D environment. It was released on Windows Phone a couple of months ago as a paid title and has garnered acclaim from plenty since then. Far Cry 4 is one of many prominent pre-orders coming to the PlayStation Store over the coming months.Developed by US TWO STUDIO LIMITED, this puzzle game is designed to entice people of all genders and ages. You can now call dibs on Far Cry 4's "Gold Edition," for instance, which grants the season pass and other goodies in addition to the PS3 and PS4 game. The PlayStation Vita gets One Piece Unlimited World Red, another game based of the energetic anime series, while the store as a whole gets several new discounts and pre-order opportunities. Abyss Odyssey is a curiously drawn adventure through procedurally generated levels, in which players can not only punch and kick their enemies, but possess them like puppets. Meanwhile, the developers of Zeno Clash and Rock of Ages bring a new side-scrolling fighting game to the PS3. Today's PlayStation Store update promises to cover our screens with "literally hundreds of aliens, giants spiders, mutant lizards and more." That sort of thing hasn't happened since we installed demonic beta firmware, so it should feel just like old times if we download Crimsonland, an omni-directional beast-blasting shooter for PlayStation 4. ![]()
